DALI – Digital Addressable Lighting Interface
This is a protocol. It’s a bunch of signals (a language) rather than a material product adopted and licenced for use by manufacturers of drivers and integrated luminaires that enable individual control from a central point often found in installs with a BMS in larger single or multi-occupancy buildings.
We do not have a MM DALI driver for our ELV lamps but we can direct customers to a manufacturer that may be able to provide a solution.
If the driver can ‘drive’ our lamps then that is the key. The DALI part is irrelevant as it’s purely a signal from the BMS to tell the driver/luminaire to witch on/off or fade up/down to a specific level.
