Megaman will provide an extended LED warranty of a further 2 years on the Megaman LED Professional Series range with the completion of an approved registration card. Please fill in the below registration card and we will email back a receipt and confirmation email to activate the extended 2 years. Please note: You are only eligible to apply for extended LED warranty within the first 6months of purchasing your lamps.Any replacement lamps will not be subject to a new warranty, they will be covered by the remaining warranty balance of the original lamp. The replacement lamps cannot be registered on the extended warranty scheme.

Fixture Brand: (where known) *All LED lamps installed in IP67 Fire Rated Fittings are covered by an 18month warranty. The standard 3 year warranty will not apply and they are not entitled to the extended 2 year warranty. *Megaman reserve the right to provide the customer with a new product, of equivalent or improved specification, when the faulty product is no longer available. The new product will be covered for the duration of the original warranty and cannot be extended.
