Connecting INGENIUM® ZB to Alexa

  1. From your Alexa app, tap “Skills” in the menu and search for ingeniumZB.

    • In UK region, you may find the skill ingeniumZB_UK.
    • In Germany region, you may find the skill ingeniumZB_DE.
    • In US and other regions, you may find the skill ingeniumZB.

    Enable the skill and then go to next step.

  2. Enter your INGENIUM® ZB username and password and follow the onscreen instructions.

  3. Once you have enabled and linked the skill, you need to get Alexa to discover devices for your smart home skill if Alexa hasn’t already. You can do this by saying “Alexa discover devices”. After discovering the devices, ask Alexa to control INGENIUM® ZB devices.

Works with Google Assistant

Connecting INGENIUM® ZB to Google Assistant

    • From your Google Home app, tap “Add”, then select “Set up device”.
    • Then choose “Have something already set up”.
    • Search for “ingeniumZB” and select it.
  1. Enter your INGENIUM® ZB username and password and follow the onscreen instructions.

  2. Once you have enabled and linked “ingeniumZB”, you need to assign the list of lights and scenes into rooms. After settings the devices, ask Google to control INGENIUM® ZB devices.

Compatible with SmartThings

Connecting INGENIUM® ZB to Samsung SmartThings Hub

For connecting bulbs, dimming modules, switching module and plugs to the Samsung SmartThings Hub.

  1. From your SmartThings app, on page main page, tap + and then select Device. Search for Megaman.

  2. After selecting Megaman, select the device type you want to pair with SmartThings.

  3. Select Megaman INGENIUM® ZB Smart Lighting and follow the instructions in the app.

  4. Factory reset the bulb/dimming module/switching module/plug.

  5. Power on the bulb/dimming module/switching module/plug.

  6. If successful, the indicator of the bulb/dimming module/switching module/plug will appear and the device will show on the app.
