MEGAMAN®, a leading global manufacturer of LED lighting, is delighted to announce its biggest ever presence at Light & Building (13-18 March 2016). As well as showcasing the company’s latest innovations in light sources, fixtures and smart control on their main stand (Hall 4.1 Stand H70), MEGAMAN® will be responding to growth in its components business with a separate stand (Hall 4.0, Stand G03) highlighting the MEGAMAN® TECOH® range of light engines and modules.
MEGAMAN will be using Light & Building for the European launch of its full range of fixtures, as well as its Rich Colour series of high CRi (Ra95) lamps, brand new Hybrid reflector technology, the upgraded INGENIUM® BLU and new INGENIUM® ZB smart lighting solutions and its ground-breaking Universal Dimming range.
Hybrid reflector technology
Building on the success of MEGAMAN’s® state-of-the-art and patented Thermal Conductive Highway™ (TCH) reflector technology, the company will be using Light & Building to launch its new Hybrid reflector technology. Offering enhanced beam control and efficacy, MEGAMAN’s Hybrid reflector minimises spill light, reduces glare and combines superior performance, with beautiful aesthetics that are almost undiscernible from those of familiar halogen lamps.
MEGAMAN® will also be launching its new Universal Dimming technology at the show. MEGAMAN® lamps that include this Universal Dimming technology will be compatible with both Leading-edge and Trailing-edge dimmers and dimmable to 5%, making them compatible with the widest possible range of existing dimmers.
MEGAMAN® INGENIUM® Smart Lighting
MEGAMAN’s upgraded INGENIUM® BLU and new INGENIUM® ZB smart lighting systems will also be shown for the first time in Europe at Light & Building. The mesh network topology of the upgraded INGENIUM® BLU range means users will be able to control substantially more lamps than ever before, over an extended coverage area. The new, scalable MEGAMAN® INGENIUM® ZB solution is a bridge between general lighting and full smart home solutions due to its compatibility with a host of other ZigBee® controlled products.
Fred Bass, Managing Director of Neonlite International Ltd, the brand owner of MEGAMAN®, comments: “We are delighted to be able to have an extended presence at Light & Building, through having our light sources, controls and fixtures, and components ranges at the show. Both stands will be focused on offering customers sustainable, energy saving, high quality lighting solutions and with a larger than ever range of products and new technologies on display, the show looks like it will be a great one for specifiers and OEMs alike.”
